Have an HSA sitting at another bank? You can move it into your HSA. You don’t send us anything — your current custodian moves the money, and they need a signed instruction from you to do it. We’ll fill that form out for you.

The last section has to be signed by us as the receiving custodian. We email the signed copy back to you.
